[학회] 2024년도 한국해양학회 춘계학술대회

2024년 5월 23일부터 25일까지 제주 국제컨벤션센터(ICC Jeju) “2024년도 한국해양학회 추계학술대회”가 개최되었습니다. 이번 학술대회는 ‘기후위기 대응을 위한 해양과학기술의 융합과 확장’이라는 주제로, 해양과학기술협의회가 주최하고 협의회 6개 회원학회(대한조선학회, 한국항해항만학회, 한국해안·해양공학회, 한국해양공학회, 한국해양학회, 한국해양환경·에너지학회)가 공동주관한 공동학술대회였습니다. 지난 2005년 처음 개최된 이래 올해로 20회를 맞이했으며, 그동안 이 대회를 통해 총 1만5000여 편에 달하는 해양과학기술 논문이 발표되었습니다. 올해 행사는 국내 해양과학기술 분야 전문가 2500여명이 행사에 참여해 최근 국내외적으로 이슈가 되고 있는 기후위기 시대에 해양과학기술을 이용한 해양자원의 지속가능한 이용, 해양환경 보전, 해양산업 활성화, 신기후 체제 적응 등의 연구결과를 발표하였습니다. 저희 Benthos 연구실에서는 최진우 박사님, 이창근 · 윤서준 교수님, 김태우 · 김동우 · 이종민 박사님을 비롯하여 박사과정 7명(김범기, 박신영, 김호상, 권인하, 송현서, 변유정, 이청재 학생)과 석사과정 2명(김영은, 이경민 학생)이 참석했습니다.
